I ordered a mug for my sister’s birthday the mug itself was really nice. It looked pretty, felt gift-worthy, and she ended up liking it, which is the main thing. But the delivery part was kind of exhausting. The tracking updates were all over the place, and it showed up later than I thought it would, so I kept checking and wondering what was going on. Nothing arrived broken and the packaging did its job, but for the price, I was hoping the whole process would be smoother and a little less of a headache...

I got clear tracking emails the whole way, so keeping an eye on my parcel was super easy. Isn’t that exactly what you want when you place an order? It showed up right when they said it would, and everything was packed nicely too. i’m really happy with how smooth the whole process was...

I ordered a bowl from royalcopenhagen.com and, once it arrived, it wasn’t quite the size I had pictured. Reading between the lines, I probably should’ve double-checked the measurements more carefully, but either way I needed to send it back.

The return label was easy to find, and the instructions were clear without making it feel like a whole project. I packed it up, sent it off the next day, and got a confirmation sooner than I expected.

The refund came through without me having to follow up or chase anyone, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth, low-stress return experience.

The weird part is, it really does look and I wanted to like it more. But for what it costs, it just doesn’t feel worth the money to me.

I don’t know what else people would expect, but these plates feel really solid to me. The craftsmanship is clearly there, and the little details are clean and genuinely pretty. I’m happy with them.

I did manage to get my order placed, but the checkout was kind of annoying. It felt a bit slow going from one step to the next, and having to type my address in again was frustrating. i already had it in my head that the site might be a little less smooth than I’d expect, and that pretty much confirmed it for me.

I grabbed a few extra pieces to go with my older set, they match perfectly. The pattern lines up and the colors don’t look off at all. I’m blaming myself for waiting this long to order them because they fit right in like they were always part of the set.

I ordered what was described as plates, but when the package showed up, it was bowls instead. The wording was really misleading, it’s frustrating when you think you’re buying one thing and get something completely different...

My plates showed up in perfect shape, which was such a relief. I opened the box and immediately thought, okay, they really did not mess around with the padding. Nothing was sliding around or clanking in there. It did take me a minute to get everything unwrapped, but i’d rather deal with extra packaging than open the box and find broken plates

I really like the products, but the loyalty benefits just don’t feel like they add up to much. It takes a while to earn points, and the rewards are limited once you do. For how much you end up spending here, I really expected a bit more. Ordering was fine overall, I’m just not that impressed with the member perks.

The plate looks genuine to me and it arrived in the right box, which matched what was on my receipt and order email. The only downside is the listing photos didn’t show a small mark on it, so that was a little disappointing. Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t especially fast. Overall, it seems real, just not perfect

I had a quick question about my order and expected it to take forever, but they replied fast. The answer was clear, fixed the issue right away, and I didn’t have to keep sending messages back and forth, which was nice. Overall, a highly efficient and satisfactory support experience. So yeah, happy with it.

I’ve had this for a few months now, it still looks pretty much new. It’s held up really well, way better than I expected.

the prices were better than I thought they’d be, especially with the sale stuff... made the mugs feel totally worth it. no complaints from me
